BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
A.
Conditions stated herein may be integrated or
modified as it will be indicated in your reser-
vation. For any clarification and information,
however, we invite you to contact us by phone
or e-mail.
B.
The mere sending of an electronic form or fax,
does not mean automatic acceptance of
reservation, it will be valid only after the written
confirmation is made. Only in case of availability
of rooms for the required period, we will send
you the actual conditions of your reservation
which will be confirmed upon the receipt of
20% advance payment, according to the
instructions that will be sent to you.
C.
Upon receipt of the booking form, we will send
you an e-mail to the address, indicated by you
on the booking form, details of your reservation
as well as payment details. We therefore kindly
ask you not to make any payments until you
have received instructions from the staff.
D.
It is possible to cancel the reservation by fax or
e-mail at least 15 days prior to arrival. For
late cancellations or in case of non-show the
advance payment will be withheld.
